SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

SATURDAY SETUP – Saturday Morning 6:30am til 9am

SO LONG SUMMER FESTIVAL is a Rain or Shine festival so be sure to prepare for weather conditions.

Headquarters will be located on location at the Jefferson County High School Festival Area. The street address is 115 W Dumplin Valley Rd, Dandridge, TN 37725. When you arrive to set up, stop by the headquarters area and a festival guide will direct you to your location.

A guide will be on site at the festival headquarters at 6:30 a.m. Saturday morning. All spaces are numbered and assigned to each individual vendor and exhibitor. Setup can begin at 6:30 a.m. All vendor vehicles must be out of the festival area by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the festival.

Please remove all trash and remember to bring enough trash bags. The festival does not provide trash removal.

There is no electric service or water at the So Long Summer Festival.

The festival begins at 10am and ends at 5pm.
